About your order

About year-end and New Year shipping

We will be closed from December 27, 2022 (Tuesday) to January 9, 2023 (Monday).
We will be closed for shipping and inquiries during the period.
Orders placed by December 26th (Monday) will be shipped within the year, and New Year's shipments will start sequentially from January 10th (Tuesday). We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding.

How to order Once you find the product you want, select the specs and other options and click "Add to Cart".

After confirming that the discount has been applied, click "Continue to shipping method selection". Select the shipping screen and click "Proceed to payment". Select a payment method, check the billing address, and select "Use a different billing address" if the shipping address is different from the orderer's address, such as when sending a gift. Once payment is complete, your order is complete.

Please note that an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
*Usually, for products that are in stock, orders placed by 12:00 on the same day will be shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the next day.

When will you ship it?

Who is the shipping company?

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order immediately after completing your order.

Please pay in cash. We will bear the cash on delivery fee. If you pay by cash on delivery, we will bear the cash on delivery fee. * If the total purchase amount exceeds 300,000 yen (excluding tax), cash on delivery cannot be used. We will ship it as soon as it is ready. Please pay the delivery person.


Postpay (Payday)

  • No credit card or pre-registration required.
  • Shop now with just your email address and mobile number.
  • No matter how many times you shop in a month, you can pay all at once in the next month.
  • Payment must be made by the 10th day of the following month by convenience store payment, bank transfer, or account transfer.

What is the date and time specified?

You can specify when ordering. If not specified, we will ship as soon as possible. .
The period and time that you can specify will vary depending on the delivery area and the time of the order. Please select after checking in the "Delivery date and time designation" column when ordering. However, due to road traffic conditions on the day of delivery, there may be cases where the desired date and time may be delayed. Please note that the specified date and time are only a guideline.

On Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, the year-end and New Year holidays, and the summer season, we will respond after the next business day, so we may not be able to deliver on the desired date and time. Please note.

I want you to issue a receipt

After receiving the order, select the order from My Page or the order email and print it yourself. If you do not have an account and wish to issue a receipt, the enclosed invoice will be your receipt.

I want to return

We pay close attention to product management, but in the unlikely event that a "wrong product", "wrong quantity", or "defective product" occurs, we will replace it at our shipping cost. In that case, please contact us. However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the product has been used or worn.
