In an interview , Glenn Irwin said the following about Heat Love:
While the Ultimate base layer (Heatrub) is five times warmer than our standard products and is ideal for the harsh cold of winter, Glenn Irwin will be racing in 2024 with a combination of Heatrub Move , Cold Skin and Ice Weave base layers.
Heatrub Move offers temperature regulation, moisture wicking and is twice as warm as a regular base layer, making it ideal for when you need a little extra insulation at the start of your journey.
Proven in independent tests to be three times cooler than the competition, Cold Skin features Cold-to-Touch technology that provides a cooling sensation in temperatures up to 40° Celsius. Come summer, Cold Skin leggings will also be available, made from the same material to keep your legs cool on the hottest days.
Excessive sweating can rob you of strength and energy and affect your concentration, so it is very important to move sweat away from the skin and wick it away efficiently - this is the solution that Ice Weave base layers offer.
This advancement in base layer technology, combined with seamless 'warp knit' technology, moves sweat away from the skin and ensures the quick drying properties of the material for incredible comfort.
Be sure to keep an eye on ZEROFIT athlete Glenn Irwin in the future.
