[Limited Time Offer] Heat Love Try-on Campaign

During this period, you can try out the cold weather protection product, Inner Heat Love , at home before purchasing.
This is a special project in response to concerns such as, "I'm not sure if the size will fit," "Is it really warm?" and "I want to actually hold it in my hands and check it out."
We also accept size exchanges (if out of stock we will accept returns ).

* Once a product has been returned, it will not be resold on the online store for quality control reasons.
* Please note that regardless of whether you purchase, cancel, or exchange, the shipping costs for sending the items you want to try on will be borne by the customer.

How to try on (indoors, unused area)

Check fit with a quick indoor try-on , either on bare skin or over a thin inner layer
Check for tightness around the shoulders, sides and neck, and sagging length
Check the temperature difference near the entrance to see if it is warm enough ( not suitable for outdoor use or exercise )
Check for bulkiness when layering with outerwear

*Items used outdoors, worn for long periods of time, engaged in exercise that causes sweating, or washed will not be considered unused .

No payment is required for trial orders. Payment will be made at a later date only for the final purchase amount depending on the application results.
In the case of cancellation (full return), only shipping costs from our company will be charged.

Notes on Try-on Service

1. Basic conditions for returns and exchanges

2. Cases in which returns and exchanges cannot be accepted

More than 8 days have passed since the product was shipped.
Missing or damaged tags, packaging, novelties , etc.
Used, washed , or soiled, damaged, or smelly
Purchased and altered elsewhere
Requests for bulk returns or exchanges of 10 or more items of the same product number / sale items (excluding defective items)
If there is a history of fraudulent purchases or excessive returns or exchanges, etc.

The shipping fee for returning the product to you for trial is borne by the customer ( 600 yen / 1,000 yen for Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands ). Return shipping fees for returns and exchanges will be borne by us (cash on delivery) .

The trial purchase service is a system designed to respond to customer feedback such as, "I'm worried about whether the size will fit" and "I want to actually try the product on."

Try on and consider items at your leisure at home for up to 7 days
Purchase only the items you like and return any unwanted items at our expense (cash on delivery).
Exchanges are possible for size, left and right, and color (if in stock). We will cover the return shipping costs (cash on delivery).
Please note : Shipping costs for sending items to be tried on from our company are the customer's responsibility ( 600 yen / 1,000 yen for Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands ).
If the item is out of stock when you request an exchange, we will accept a return.

Q. How do I use the trial purchase?

Select the product and click the "Trial Purchase" button. After receiving the product, check the size and apply for a purchase, exchange, or return within the specified time limit.

Q. How long is the trial period?

You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to purchase, exchange, or return the product you have tried.

Q. What should I do if I want to return or exchange an item?

Please apply for a return or exchange within the trial period. Any items for which a return or exchange has not been requested will automatically be purchased (credit card payment). You can also apply via the email informing you about the try-on service or via the user guide .

Q. What about payment?

No payment will be required for trial purchases. After the trial period ends, payment will be automatically made for any products you decide to purchase. Please register your credit card information when you make a trial purchase. Please note that shipping costs for shipping the products you have tried on are the customer's responsibility ( 600 yen / 1,000 yen for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands ).

Q. When will the payment be processed?

Once the trial period has ended, payment will be made for any confirmed purchases. No payment will be made for returned items (however, the customer will be responsible for the initial shipping fee: 600 yen / 1,000 yen for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands ).

Q. Will returned items be sold again?

For quality control reasons, we will not resell any returned products on our online store.
