When you buy golf gloves, do you ever have problems with the size, such as "there's too much room at the fingertips," "the back of the hand is too tight," or "they're the same size as other gloves?"

ZEROFIT offers a try-on service that allows you to check the fit in the comfort of your own home before deciding to purchase.

⛳ You can try it on at home and then choose to buy, exchange or return it.

If you try on the size at home and return or exchange the product within 7 days, the return shipping fee will be free (paid by us, cash on delivery).
*Please note that regardless of whether you purchase, cancel, or exchange, the shipping costs for shipping the items you have tried on will be borne by the customer .
*Even if you wish to exchange an item , if it is out of stock we will accept a return .

The shipping fee for the items you want to try on is the customer's responsibility . If you return or exchange an item , we will cover the shipping fee (cash on delivery) .

Q. Are products other than gloves also included?

This service is currently only available for golf gloves . All other products can be returned as usual as long as they are unused and unopened.

The trial purchase service is a system designed to respond to customer feedback such as, "I'm worried about whether the size will fit" and "I want to actually try the product on."

Try on and consider items at your leisure at home for up to 7 days
Purchase only the products you like and return any unwanted items at our expense (cash on delivery).
Exchanges are possible for size, left and right, and color (if in stock). Return shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by us (cash on delivery).
Please note : The shipping costs for sending the trial items from our company are the customer's responsibility .
If the item is out of stock when you request an exchange, we will accept a return.

Q. How do I use the trial purchase?

Select the product and click the "Trial Purchase" button. After receiving the product, check the size and apply for a purchase, exchange, or return within 7 days.

Q. How long is the trial period?

You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to purchase, exchange, or return the product after trying it out.

Q. What should I do if I want to return or exchange an item?

Please apply for a return or exchange within the trial period. Any items for which a return or exchange has not been requested will automatically be purchased (credit card payment). You can also apply via the email informing you about the try-on service or via the user guide .

Q. What about payment?

No payment will be required for trial purchases. After the trial period ends, payment will be automatically made for any products you decide to purchase. Please register your credit card information when you make a trial purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for shipping the products you have tried on.

Q. When will the payment be processed?

Once the trial period has ended, payment will be made for any products that have been confirmed for purchase. If you return an item, payment will not be made (however, you will be responsible for the initial shipping costs).

Q. Will returned items be sold again?

For quality control reasons, we will not resell any returned products on our online store.
