When you buy golf gloves, do you ever have problems with the size, such as "there's too much room at the fingertips," "the back of the hand is too tight," or "they're the same size as other gloves?"

ZEROFIT has launched a try-on service that allows you to check the fit at home before deciding to purchase.

You can try it on at home before deciding to buy it.

After trying out the size at home, the product price and return shipping are free if you do so within 7 days.
*Please note that regardless of whether you purchase or cancel, the shipping costs for sending the items you have tried on will be borne by you.

Used, soiled or damaged on the course or driving range
Tags and individual packaging have been lost or discarded

Q. Are there any costs associated with using the fitting service?

Please note that regardless of whether you purchase or cancel, the shipping costs for sending the items you want to try on will be borne by you.

Q. Are products other than gloves also included?

This service is currently only available for golf gloves. All other products can be returned as usual as long as they are unused and unopened.

Q. What kind of service is a trial purchase?

The trial purchase service is a system designed to respond to customer feedback such as, "I'm worried about whether the size will fit" and "I want to actually try the product on."

You can purchase only the products you like and return any unwanted items at our expense (cash on delivery).
Please note : Whether you purchase or cancel, you will be responsible for the shipping costs when we send the items you want to try on. We appreciate your understanding. Please rest assured that we will cover the shipping and handling costs for returns.

Q. How do I use the trial purchase?

Select the product and click the "Try it" button.

Q. How long is the trial period?

You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to purchase or return the product after trying it out.

Q. What should I do if I want to return an item?

Please apply for a return within the trial period. If a return request is not made, the item will automatically be purchased (credit card payment). You can also apply for a return via the email informing you about the try-on service or via the user guide .

Q. What about payment?

No payment will be required for trial purchases. After the trial period ends, payment will be automatically made only for the products you decide to purchase. Credit card information must be registered at the time of trial purchase. Whether you purchase or cancel, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for shipping the products you have tried on. Please note this in advance.

Q. When will the payment be processed?

Once the trial period has ended, payment will be charged for any items that have been confirmed for purchase. Payment will not be charged for any returned items. (Regardless of whether you purchase or cancel, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred when we send the items you have tried on.)

Q. Will returned items be sold again?

Once a product has been returned, it will not be resold for quality control reasons.
