2023 Bennetts British Superbike runner-up Glenn Irwin knows the importance of staying thermoregulated during training and racing, so he designed a special edition of his favourite Heatlab Move, featuring the Carrick Fergusman logo on the left chest and at the base of the back neck.
The Heatlab Move is the most versatile base layer in the entire ZEROFIT collection, its outstanding combination of adaptable warmth and optimal moisture wicking making it an essential piece for any motorcyclist.


The base layer is made of 45% polypropylene and a hollow polyester shell that work together to regulate body temperature. The two-layer construction of brushed water-repellent fabric and moisture-wicking fabric keeps out cold sweat. This underwear is ideal for winter sports where cold is a big concern. It is refreshing to wear and does not get sticky with sweat even when moving, so it is also recommended for trekking, mountain climbing, running, and everyday cold weather. It has a looser fit than other ZEROFIT underwear, so you can wear it alone and feel comfortable.

2-layer construction keeps out sweat

By using a two-layer structure with a proprietary water-repellent PP (polypropylene) fabric on the inside and a moisture-absorbing, quick-drying fabric on the outside, sweat is pushed from the inside to the outside, keeping the skin surface dry at all times.

The inner layer of our proprietary lightweight PP (polypropylene) fabric is brushed to provide an insulating layer. It provides excellent heat retention. The fabric itself does not absorb moisture, and sweat is pushed out to the outer moisture-absorbing material, so the skin side is always dry.

The outer fabric is made of hollow polyester, which provides an insulating layer of air and is even lighter. In terms of the clo value, which is an indicator of the warmth of clothing, it is 40% lighter than general winter underwear (thick), yet boasts a 3.3% increase in heat retention.
