[About delivery delays]
Due to the busy season for shipping companies, delivery delays are more likely to occur.
In particular, depending on the order situation, it may not be possible to ship all orders on the same day on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
Please avoid picking up your parcel on the day of use and allow ample time for collection. During the New Year holidays, there will be an increase in delivery delays due to traffic conditions and increased volume of parcels handled by shipping companies.
Additionally, delays may occur due to weather such as snowfall. We cannot accept cancellations due to delivery delays, so please order with ample time to allow for delivery.
